Refund Policy

How refunds work for credits purchased on the Platform's tools.

1. Overview

Payments on the Platform are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. This policy works alongside Paddle's buyer terms.

2. Unused credits

If you bought credits and haven't spent any of them, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

3. Used credits

Credits already spent on completed jobs are non-refundable, because the processing cost is incurred the moment a job runs. Partially used purchases can be refunded for the unused remainder within the 14-day window.

4. Failed jobs

A job that fails shouldn't cost you anything. If a failed job consumed credits, contact us and the credits will be restored. If a paid tool is ever permanently shut down, the unused credit balance you paid for will be refunded.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the Paddle order number from your receipt. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

6. EU and UK consumers

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By spending credits within that window you ask us to begin the service immediately, and the withdrawal right lapses for the spent portion — the unused portion remains refundable as described above.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
