Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of meslzy.com and its apps. They're written to be read — short, plain, and honest.
1. Agreement
By accessing meslzy.com and its apps (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
2. The service
The Platform is my personal site and the standalone apps I build and operate, such as Push (meslzy.com/push). I'm Mohammed Albalawi, an independent developer based in Saudi Arabia. Some features are free; paid features run on prepaid credits shared across the apps.
3. Your account
One account works across meslzy.com and every app through the shared sign-in service. Keep your password safe — you're responsible for everything done through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] right away.
4. Credits and payments
Paid features consume credits you purchase in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record — Paddle handles checkout, taxes, invoices, and your payment details. I never see or store your card number.
Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the Platform to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or send or publish content that is illegal, exploits minors, or promotes violence or harassment. Don't submit content you have no right to use.
Don't scrape or automate access beyond normal use, bypass rate limits, credits, or security measures, or reverse engineer the Platform. I may suspend or block accounts that violate these rules.
6. Push acceptable use
Send notifications only to people who chose to receive them from you. Every browser must be connected by the person who uses it, through a deliberate click and the browser's own permission prompt. Don't trick anyone into connecting, and don't connect browsers on someone's behalf.
Don't use Push for spam, unsolicited marketing, phishing, impersonation, malware, links to scams, or any content the general Acceptable use rules forbid. Don't put passwords, one-time codes, or other secrets in notifications: they can appear on lock screens and shared screens.
You are responsible for the content you send and for keeping your API keys secret. Anything sent with your keys counts as sent by you.
I may rate-limit, suspend, or delete a Push project, or suspend your account, if it is used in breach of these rules, receives abuse reports, or puts the service or its standing with browser push services at risk.
7. Your content
You own everything you create or submit on the Platform. You grant me a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process it solely to run the app you use.
8. Third-party services
The Platform relies on Paddle for payments and, for Push, on the browser push services of Google, Mozilla, Apple, and Microsoft to deliver notifications. Using them is also subject to those providers' terms.
9. Availability
I run the Platform on a best-effort basis, without an uptime guarantee. Features may change, be rate-limited, or be discontinued.
If a paid app or feature is permanently shut down, the unused credit balance you paid for will be refunded.
10. Intellectual property
The Platform's code, design, logos, and brand belong to me. Your content is explicitly excluded — it's yours.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Platform or delete your account at any time. I may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination — disclaimers, liability limits, governing law — remain in effect.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and my total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations — there, liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall to the competent courts there. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
14. Changes and contact
I may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes get a new "Last updated" date, and continued use after changes are posted means you accept them. Questions? [email protected].
