⫻ the ground rules
Last updated: June 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of meslzy.com and its tools. They're written to be read — short, plain, and honest.
By accessing meslzy.com or any of its tool subdomains (together, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
The Platform is a personal site and a collection of AI-powered tools built and operated by Mohammed Albalawi, an independent developer based in Saudi Arabia. Some features are free; paid features run on prepaid credits.
One account works across all tools through the shared sign-in service. Keep your password safe — you're responsible for everything done through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] right away.
Paid features consume credits you purchase in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record — Paddle handles checkout, taxes, invoices, and your payment details. We never see or store your card number.
Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
Don't use the Platform to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or generate content that is illegal, exploits minors, or promotes violence or harassment. Don't submit content you have no right to use.
Don't scrape or automate access beyond normal use, bypass rate limits, credits, or security measures, or reverse engineer the Platform. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these rules.
You own everything you submit — text, audio, files. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to run the tool you asked for and return the result.
We do not use your content to train AI models.
You own the output the tools generate for you and may use it for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
AI output is probabilistic — it can contain mistakes, artifacts, or content that needs checking. Verify it before publishing. Purely AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in some jurisdictions.
The tools rely on third-party AI providers (large language model and speech-to-text APIs) to process your content, and on Paddle for payments. Content you submit to a tool is also subject to those providers' terms.
The Platform is run by a single developer on a best-effort basis, without an uptime guarantee. Features may change, be rate-limited, or be discontinued.
If a paid tool is permanently shut down, the unused credit balance you paid for will be refunded.
The Platform's code, design, logos, and brand belong to the operator. Your content and your generated output are explicitly excluded — those are yours.
You may stop using the Platform or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination — disclaimers, liability limits, governing law — remain in effect.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations — there, liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall to the competent courts there. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes get a new "Last updated" date, and continued use after changes are posted means you accept them. Questions? [email protected].
